TAXI-CAR CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Taxi-car Control Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Issue of number plates 10.00

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1990.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Taxi-car Control Regulations 1986* are referred to

as the principal regulations

Regulation 40 amended

4. Regulation 40 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the Table

and substituting the following Table—
