I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Taxi fares

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) " 7 5 " and substituting "95";
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "15" and substituting "16.25"; and
(c)	by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "wait" (last occurring) and substituting, "wait or, where that amount includes a fraction of a cent—

(a)	if the fraction is less than one-half of a cent—that amount reduced by the amount of the fraction; or
(b)	if the fraction is one-half or more than one-half of a cent—that amount increased to the next highest cent".

2. Schedule 2 to the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is amended by

omitting "75c" and substituting "95c".
