(Amendment)

I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Taxi fares

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "95 cents" and substituting "$1.00";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "45" and substituting "47";
(c)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "40" and substituting "42";
(d)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (a) "34" and substituting "36";
(e)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (b) "30" and substituting "32";
(f)	by omitting from paragraph (4A) (b) "50" and substituting "55"; and
(g)	by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "16.25" and substituting " 17.5".

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is repealed and

the following Schedule substituted:
