I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Taxi fares

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "40 cents" and substituting "45 cents";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "35 cents" and substituting "40 cents";
(c)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (a) "31 cents" and substituting "34 cents";
(d)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (b) "27 cents" and substituting "30 cents";
(e)	by omitting from paragraph (4A) (a) "40 cents" and substituting "45 cents";
(f)	by omitting from paragraph (4A) (b) "45 cents" and substituting "50 cents"; and
(g)	by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "12 cents" and substituting "15 cents".

2. Schedule 2 to the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is amended by omitting "35c", "40c", "27c" and "31c" and substituting "40c", "45c", "30c" and "34c" respectively.
