MOTOR TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1970 No. 5

Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words "Seventeen and one- half cents " and inserting in their stead the words " Twenty cents ";
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) the words "Twelve cents" and inserting in their stead the words " Fourteen cents ";
(c)	by omitting from sub-regulation (5.) the words "Twelve cents" and inserting in their stead the words " Fourteen cents ";
(d)	by omitting from sub-regulation (6.) the words "Fifteen cents for each five minutes " and inserting in their stead the words " Twenty- five cents for each six minutes ";
(e)	by omitting from sub-regulation (9.) the words " Five dollars for the first hour or part thereof plus an amount of Fifty cents for each subsequent period of fifteen minutes or part thereof " and inserting in their stead the words " Seven dollars for the first hour or part thereof plus an amount of Seventy-five cents for each subsequent period of fifteen minutes or part thereof "; and

(/) by omitting from sub-regulation (10.) the words "Five cents" and inserting in their stead the words " Ten cents ".
