I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008 .19 June 2023

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2023. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019.
