Taxi Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Taxi Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Taxi
Regulations 1995*.

3.             Regulation 4A inserted

After regulation 4 the following regulation is inserted —

“

4A.	Prescribed percentage of total number of taxi plates — section 16
For the purpose of paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant percentage” in section 16(10), the prescribed percentage is 30%.
