Taxi Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Taxi Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Taxi Amendment Act 2016 section 6 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxi Regulations 1995.

4.             Regulation 19B inserted

After regulation 19A insert:

19B.	Prescribed day (Act s. 30K(2))
For the purpose of section 30K(2) the prescribed day is 31 March 2017.
