Taxi Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Taxi Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, R. KENNEDY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations amend the Taxi Regulations 1995.

4.            Regulation 19 amended

Delete regulation 19(1) and insert:

(1) For the purposes of section 19(1), the prescribed annual

fee payable by plate holders for taxi plates is $107.75
where the fee is paid within the time allowed by
section 19(2).
