2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.             Reguhitions amended

These regulations amend the Transport Co-ordinal ion
Regulaii ns 1985.

4.        Regulation 8A anicnded

In regulation 8A:

(a) in paragraph (a)(ii) delete "$24.50;" and insert:

$25.45;

(b) in paragraph (d) delete "$1.46." and insert:

$1.52.

5.             Regulation 8B amended

In i ,e^tulation 8B(b) delete 124.60." and insert:

$25.55.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxi Regn'1wions 1995.

4.             Regulation 19 amended

(I)	In regulation 19(3a) delete "$103." and insert:
$107.10.
(2)	In regulation 19(4) delete '$> ;.50." and insert:
$34.85.
