Taxi Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Taxi Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Taxi
Regulations 1995* .

3.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a) 1

in Form by deleting "Department of Transport" in the " Department for Planning and Infrastructure ";

(b) 2 places where it occurs and inserting instead in each

in Form 1 by deleting "Ministry of Justice" in the " Department of Justice '';

(c) in Form 1 by deleting "Department of Transport- and

inserting instead —

" Department for Planning and Infrastructure -:
(d)	in Form 1 by deleting "The Director General
Department of Transport P.O. Box 53 NEDLANDS WA 6009"

and inserting instead —

" (Insert appropriate address here) ";

(e)

in Form 2 by deleting "Department of Transport" and " Department for Planning and Infrastructure ".
