PROCLAMATION
WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Francis FRANCIS BURT, Theodore Page Burl. Companion of the Order of Governor. Australia. Knight Commander of the Most Distin.
S guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George. Queen's Counsel. Governor of the Stale of Western Australia.
Under section 2 of the Taxation (Reciprocal Powers) Act 1989, 1, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day of the publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette as the day on which the Taxation (Reciprocal Powers) Act 1989 comes into operation.
