1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Taxation (Government Business Enterprises) Amendment Regulation 2006 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 November 2005.

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Taxation (Government Business Enterprises) Regulation 2003.
