Taxation Administration Transitional Regulations

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Taxation Administration (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999.

1. Citation

   These regulations may be cited as the Taxation Administration Transitional Regulations.

2. Commencement

   These regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 March 1999.

3. Amendment of s 78 of the Taxation Administration Act

   Section 78 of the Taxation Administration Act 1999 is amended by omitting “a tax law” and substituting “this or any other Act”.
