I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Taxation Administration Act 1953.

Departure prohibition orders—prescribed form, etc., for purposes of section 14s of the Act

Regulation 16 of the Taxation Administration Regulations is amended by adding at the end of subregulation (3) the following paragraph:

“(c) the Secretary to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.”.
