I make the following order under section 35(4) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 .20 July 2021

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Taxation Administration Order 2021 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Premium component of interest rateFor the purposes of section 35(4)(b) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 , 4% is specified as the premium component of the interest rate for the purposes of that Act.
