I make the following order under section 79A of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 .15 January 2003

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Taxation Administration Order 2003 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Corresponding Commissioners and corresponding lawsFor the purposes of section 79A of the Taxation Administration Act 1997  – (a) the holders of the offices specified in Schedule 1 are declared to be corresponding Commissioners; and (b) the laws specified in Schedule 2 are declared to be corresponding laws.
