Taxation Administration Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment
Regulations (No. 2)2019.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 section 329 comes into operation.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxation Administration
Regulations 2003.

(a)	in paragraph (d) delete "2008." and insert:
2008; or

4.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9(1):

(b)	after paragraph (d) insert:
(e) the Transport (Road Passenger Services)
