Taxation Administration Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 September 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Taxation
Administration Regulations 2003*.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 is amended by deleting “9%” and inserting instead —

“ 10% ”.
