Taxation Administration Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment
Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

$20.01.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	regulations 3, 4, 6 and 7 — on the day after that day;
(c)	regulation 5 — on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxation Administration
Regulations 2003.

4.           Regulation 6A amended

In regulation 6A delete "$5.01." and insert:

5 June 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1977

5.            Regulation 8 amended

In regulation 8 delete  S35." and insert:

$38.50.

6.            Regulation 14A amended

(1)	In regulation 14A(1) delete the definition of senior Board member.
(2)	In regulation 14A(2) delete "a senior Board member." and insert:
the person for the time being designated as the Commissioner under the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 55.

7.           Regulation 14 amended

Delete regulation 14(1).
