Taxation Administration Amendment

Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment
Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

section 114(3)(g) of the Act.

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxation Administration
Regulations 2003.

4.            Regulation 13D inserted

After regulation 13C insert:

13D.	Disclosure of information about a person's taxation affairs (section 114(3)(g))
(1)	This regulation has effect for the purposes of

(2) If a member of the Parliament of the State or of the

Commonwealth writes to the Minister on behalf of a person about the person's taxation affairs, the Commissioner may disclose to the Minister information, obtained under a taxation Act, that relates to the person, for the purpose of enabling the Minister to respond to the member of Parliament.
