Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2011

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxation Administration Act 1997 .7 November 2011

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2011 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Taxation Administration Regulations 2010 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Permitted disclosures) Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from paragraph (g) "board." and substituting "board;"; (b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (g) : (h) the Director of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading, in relation to his or her functions under the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 . 5Rescission of regulationsThese regulations are rescinded on the ninetieth day from the day on which they take effect.
