  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 5).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Taxation Administration Regulations 1976

Schedule 1 amends the Taxation Administration Regulations 1976.

  1. Disclosure of protected information by taxation officers — exception for law enforcement and related purposes

For subsection 355-70 (12) of Schedule 1 to the Act, the taskforces in the table are prescribed.
