Taxation Administration Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Taxation Administration
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Taxation
Administration Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8(a) is amended by deleting “Department of Land
Administration” and inserting instead —

“ Department of Land Information ”.

4.             Regulation 13 amended

(1)	Regulation 13(3) is amended by deleting “Department of Land Administration” and inserting instead —
“ Department of Land Information ”.
(2)	After regulation 13(3) the following subregulation is inserted —

“

(4) For the purposes of section 114(3)(g) of the Act, the
Commissioner may disclose to the Pastoral Lands
Board information that was disclosed to or obtained by
the Commissioner under the Stamp Act 1921 about the
affairs of persons who are or were pastoral lessees
within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Land
Administration Act 1997.

”.
