 These Regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 2).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Taxation Administration Regulations 1976

Schedule 1 amends the Taxation Administration Regulations 1976.

3APrescribed Royal Commission (Act s 2, definition of eligible Royal Commission)

 For paragraph (b) of the definition of eligible Royal Commission in section 2 of the Act, the Metropolitan Ambulance Service Royal Commission, created by Letters Patent dated 21 December 1999, is prescribed.
