1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulation 2016 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Taxation Administration Regulation 2004.

   (3A)The following are prescribed for information relating to ownership of property for the purpose of issuing a notice under the Emergencies Act 2004, section 106 (Direction to remove flammable material from premises):

   (a)chief officer (fire and rescue);

   (b)chief officer (rural fire service).
