An Ordinance to amend the Taxation (Administration) Ordinance 1987
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Taxation (Administration) (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 4) 1988.1
Determination of amounts payable under tax laws
2. Section 99 of the Taxation (Administration) Ordinance 19872 is amended by inserting in paragraph (1) (b) “, or the method by which,” after “which”.
