I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Tax Laws Amendment (2005 Measures No. 4) Act 2005, fix 6 June 2006 as the day on which Schedule 4 to that Act commences.
