Tax Agent Services Act 2009
I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 1-5 (1) of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, fix 1 March 2010 as the day on which Parts 2 to 5 of that Act commence.
