Correction of nominal expiry date in the approval decision of Tatura Abattoirs Pty Ltd and the Australasian Meat Industry Employees’ Union Collective Agreement 2013.

[1] The Decision [[2013] FWCA 8604 [PR544049]] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 31 October 2013 is corrected as follows:

a. By deleting the words “The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 April 2017” in paragraph [5] and inserting “The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 May 2017”.
