Tasmanian State Service Amendment (Prescribed Offices) Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .29 November 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Tasmanian State Service Amendment (Prescribed Offices) Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Tasmanian State Service Regulations 1985 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 6 substitutedSchedule 6 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 6Offices prescribed for the purposes of section 29(1) of the Act
