I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 6 of the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .4 May 1998

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Tasmanian State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 1998 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 6 May 1998. 3Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 amendedSchedule 1 to the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from Division 1 of Part 1 the item relating to the Department of Education, Community and Cultural Development and substituting the following item:

Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development Secretary

(b) by omitting from Division 1 of Part 1 the item relating to the Department of Vocational Education and Training.
