I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Act 2003 .15 December 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Act 2003 commences. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, Act means the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Act 2003 . 4FeesThe fees specified in Schedule 1 are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
