I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Tasmanian Health Service Act 2018 .18 December 2018

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Tasmanian Health Service Amendment Regulations 2018 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Tasmanian Health Service Regulations 2018 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 5 insertedAfter regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted: 5Service plan for 2018-2019 The document, entitled Service Plan, signed by the Minister on 9 November 2018, is taken to be, and to have been since 1 July 2018, the service plan for the 2018-2019 financial year.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) This statutory rule prescribes the service plan for the Tasmanian Health Service for the 2018-2019 financial year.
