An Act to amend the Tasmanian Development Act 1983

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Tasmanian Development Amendment Act 2024. 2CommencementThis Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983. 5The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983. 6The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983. 7The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983. 8Repeal of ActThis Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it commenced.
