An Act to amend the Post and Telegraph Rates Act 1902.

[Assented to 28th September, 1906.]

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title and commencement.

1.This Act may be cited as the Tasmanian Cable Rates Act 1906 and shall commence on the first day of October One thousand nine hundred and six.

Omission of Tasmanian cable charges.
