TARIFF CONCESSION ORDER

Under Section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, I, Wendy Knowles, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer declare that the goods specified in Column 1 of THE TABLE are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of THE TABLE applies. This Order shall have effect from 29.06.09 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.

  (c) elongation NOT less than 40% and NOT greater than 52%;
  (d) ANY of the following sizes:
          (i) thickness 0.65 mm and width NOT less than 1 125 mm
              and NOT greater than 1 211 mm;
         (ii) thickness 0.70 mm and width NOT less than 994 mm
              and NOT greater than 1 087 mm;
        (iii) thickness 0.75 mm and width 765 mm;
         (iv) thickness 0.75 mm and width NOT less than 890 mm
              and NOT greater than 900 mm;
          (v) thickness 1.00 mm and width 680 mm   
         
For the purposes of this Order, tolerances allowable for
thickness sizes of specification (d) and the width sizes of
specification (d)(iii) and (d)(v) are + or - 5%
