An Act to repeal ' The Tariff Act, 1888,' and to make
other Provisions in lieu thereof.
[Assented to 4th October, 1893.
HEREAS it is expedient to repeal The Tariff Act, 1888,' and Preamble
the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and con-W to make other Provisions in lieu thereof : Be it enacted by sent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

included in the Sixth Schedule to this Act, imported into Western Australia whether by sea or land, such duties as are respectively specified in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Schedules to this Act, at the rates, and for the quantities therein mentioned, and at proportional rates for any smaller quantities, and such duties shall be payable also upon any of the said goods which are now in any bonded
warehouse.
