AN ACT to repeal " The Tariff Act, 1876,"
And to make other provision in lieu thereof.
[ Assented to, 7th October, 1879.]
HEREAS it is expedient to repeal " The Tariff Act, 1876,"
and to make other provision in lieu thereof: Be it therefore Preamble.

enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and
its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-
1 " THE Tariff Act, 1876," shall be and the same is hereby Repeal of "The Tariff Act,
