Supply Act, 1924.”

| sanctioned. | 2. The carrying out of the works described in the |
Schedule to this Act is herel)y sanctioned, and the Secretary for Public M’’orks is empowered to carry out the said Avorks.
| Cost. | 3. The cost of carrying out the said AA’orks, exclusive |
of land resumptions, is estimated at seventy-eight thousand pounds, and such estimated cost sliall not, under any circumstances, l)c oxcecdc'd hy more than ten per centum.
| The plan. | 4. The plan of the Avorks is the plan marked “ Taree |
Water Supply Proposal—Schedule Plan,” signed hy the Secretary for Public Works and countersigned hy the Chief Engineer for Water Supply and ScAÂ erage, and deposited in the public olhce of the said Secretary.
