1.A writ of certiorari issue to quash the decision made by a delegate of the defendant, dated 22 January 2015, to refuse to grant the plaintiff a New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) (Class Up, subclass 461) visa.

2.The defendant pay the cost of filing fees incurred by the plaintiff in the present proceeding.
