of the Liverjiool Plains Pastoral, Agricultural, and Plorticultural Association, lield subsequently to the passing of the Tamworth Sho\v- ground Act, 1899, tlic name of the said association was changed to that of the Tamworth AgricultTiral Association : And whereas the said association has been unable to purchase any land siutablc for tlic jmrposes of the said association in the tou n or in tlic vicinity of the town of Tamworth : And whereas the said association is desirous of obtaining tlie use for sliow purposes of certain lands in the town of TaniAvoilh aforesaid, known as tlie town pump reserve, tbc oval rciu’eation ground, and part of reserve number ten tbousaml and seventy-one, Avbicb lands are more particularly described in the Selicdule hereto : And whereas the portion of the said lands known as the oval ri'creation ground is held by Charles delfries Pritten, AA'illiam Ih-edcrick Tribe, Xatlian Cohen, Charles Regan, John Denning, and AYilliam Erederiek Robey, as trustees under deed-poll or grant from tlic Crown, dated the sivtcimth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, and tlie said trustees have agreed to surrender the said grant to the Crown, subject to the payment b}' the said association of tlu' overdraft of the said trustees at the Tamworth branch of the Commercial Banking

Company of Sydney, Limited: And wliereas tlic portion of the said lands known as the town [mmp ri'scrvi' has lieen reserv'od for puhlic purposes and placed und(‘r the control of the municipal council of tJie horongh of Tamworth, and the said council have; consenti'd to relinquish their control of the said re.siu’ve : And whereas the Seen'tary for Lands has approved of a grant from the Crown of tlu' lands di'scribed in the Schedule hereto heing issiu'd to trustees upon trust, to pt'rmit the same or any part thereof to be used by the Tamworth Agricultural Associa tion and such other persons, clulis, and associations, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as tin; trustees shall think tit and proper, as a show-ground for pastoral, horticnitural, agricultural, and industrial shows, and a ri'creation and athlet ics sjiorts ground ; And wheri'as it is expedient that th(' proceeds of sah' of the lands described in the Tamworth Show-ground Act of 18!)9 should he a])])lied in paying off the overdraft of the trustees of the oval ri'creation ground, and in and towards effecting necessary improvements on the lands described in the Schedule hereto: Bo it therefore enacted hy the King’s Most Excellent Majesty hy and Avith the advici' and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and hy the authority of the sanu>, as follows :—
