1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1, 2, 26 and 27, DP 37341 at 508–514 Armidale Road and

Lot 3, DP 37341 at 6 Railway Street, Nemingha.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert before clause 1:

1A	Use of certain land at Armidale Road and Railway Street, Nemingha
(1) This clause applies to Lots 1, 2, 26 and 27, DP 37341 at 508–514 Armidale Road and Lot 3, DP 37341 at 6 Railway Street, Nemingha.
(2) Development for the purposes of a vehicle body repair workshop is permitted with development consent.
