I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	land at 5–7 Hilton Street and 7–33 Scott Road, Tamworth, being part of Lot C3, DP 160164, part of Lot 1, DP 196665 and Lot 1, DP 797999,
(b)	land at Burgmanns Lane, Tamworth, being Lot 5, DP 1048585.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010

Omit “Racing Precinct” from item 1 of the matter relating to Zone SP3 Tourist in the

Land Use Table.

Insert instead “Racing Precincts”.
