1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No

20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	Lots 1–2, DP 1055796, Kennedy Street, Manilla,
(b)	Lot 2, DP 864981, Greg Norman Drive, Hillvue.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010

Land Use Table

Insert “Caravan parks;” in alphabetical order in item 4 of Zone RE2 Private

Recreation.
