1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies and, in particular, to the following land:

(a)

part of Lot 2, DP 1092556 at Jack Smyth Drive, South Tamworth,

(b)

Lot 1, DP 803644, being 89 Marius Street, Tamworth,

(c)

Lot 1, DP 70023, being 8 O’Connell Street, Tamworth,

(d)

Lots 100–102, DP 1097471, Lots 41 and 42, DP 1129256, Lot 6, DP 1007859, Lot 431, DP 577935, Lot 17, DP 865930, Lot 19, DP 871833 and part of the Oxley Highway, being land to the north-west of the Glen Artney Industrial Precinct.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:

To provide a mix of housing that supports and encourages neighbouring equine-related facilities and is compatible with surrounding land uses and activities.
