1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No

16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	land at Cockburn Street, East Tamworth, being Lots 1 and 4, DP 914794,
(b)	259 Sandy Road, Kootingal, being Lot 619, DP 881986,
(c)	43–45 Bass Street, Taminda, being Lots 70 and 119, DP 755333.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert the following in appropriate order in Part 2 in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
