1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment

No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Westdale:

(a)	63 Goddard Lane, being Lot 1, DP 816346,
(b)	certain land at Goddard Lane, being Lots 21 and 22, DP 1236205,
(c)	certain land at Goonan Street, being Lot 461, DP 1178998,
(d)	1 Marathon Street, being Lot 462, DP 1178998.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
