Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment

No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land in and near the Hills Plain Urban Release Area, Hallsville and Moore Creek, including certain land (in part) fronting or near Bournes Lane, Bowdens Lane, Browns Lane, Moore Creek Road and Manilla Road, including the following land:

(a)	Lots 53 and 54, 56–58 and part of Lot 52, DP 1120933,
(b)	Lots 65, 121, 143 and 147 and part of Lots 165 and 167, DP 753851,
(c)	Lots 826 and 827 and part of Lot 834, DP 1220826,

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tamworth Regional Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
