BRENNAN J:   This application for special leave to appeal from the judgment of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Western Australia was considered by Justices Dawson, Gaudron and myself. The material does not disclose any error in the courts below which would warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. Nor does the application involve a matter arising under the applicant’s notice of 22 January 1995. Nor is there any inter se question arising under section 74 of the Constitution.
